Chrystal Hapuku
Chrystal Hapuku has a passion for education. As an experienced middle manager and senior leader in both private and public secondary institutions, she specialises in developing and creating curriculum and programmes of learning – for organisations, schools, departments, and tauira.
She has strengths in curriculum mapping, resource development, literacy, change management, and blended/flipped learning. More recently, as part of Studyfit's team, she has developed curriculum and resources for tertiary institutions, iwi, and other organisations.
Over the past seven years, she has been a PLD facilitator, supporting schools in literacy, assessment, and with the current curriculum changes. Chrystal is driven to deliver a curriculum that enriches all learners, having a strong foundation in te ao Māori and tikanga Maaori and trained in Structured Literacy as a SPELD practitioner.
Chrystal is the owner of Studyfit/Te Maapura.
